1. Delivery Timeframe

We understand the importance of receiving your items in a timely manner. Our delivery times are designed to meet your expectations:

  • Order Handling Time: 1 to 2 business days (mon to fri). Orders are processed Monday through Friday.
  • Transit Time: 3 to 5 business days (mon to fri). This applies to orders shipped within the USA.
  • Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 6 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this cutoff will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that the delivery timeframe may vary depending on the specific product or shipping location. In case of any unforeseen delays, we will keep you informed with updated delivery estimates.


2. Shipping Cost

  • We offer USA Flat Rate $10 Shipping with tracking number for Upto 10LBS items. 
  • We have Express, 2 Day and Overnight Shipping options at checkout page for USA.

3. Shipping Location

Currently, AeonFly, Inc. ships within the USA and to the rest of the world, except restricted countries.


4. Shipping Carriers and Method

We use trusted and reputable carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and other reliable postal services to ensure secure and timely delivery. Each shipment is assigned a unique tracking number for real-time updates.


5. Delivery Confirmation

For added security and peace of mind, customers can request signature confirmation upon delivery. To request this, please mention it in the comment box when placing your order.


6. Tracking Information

After your order is confirmed, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this number to check the status of your shipment. In addition, you'll receive email updates about your order's progress, ensuring that you're always in the loop.

7. Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions. If any products are restricted to certain areas or have limitations, these details will be provided on the product page prior to your purchase.


8. What if Your Shipment Never Arrives?

In the rare event that your package does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us immediately at info@aeonfly.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier to locate the package or, if necessary, arrange for a replacement product to be shipped to you.


9. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, we will quickly process a claim with the shipping carrier. Once the claim is approved, we will offer a replacement product or issue a refund based on your preference. We strive to resolve these issues swiftly and with minimal inconvenience.


10. No International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Our shipping services are limited to addresses within the USA.
